1. Only 1 voucher per order can be applied, value of vouchers cannot be combined.
2. Must use entire value in 1 order, any unused amount will not be refunded.
3. Promotion cannot be use in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional codes, gift certificates, group buying vouchers and vouchers.
4. Voucher code must be entered at the time of your ordering and will not be accepted after the order is completed and received.
5. Offer cannot be applied to orders previously submitted.
6. Promotional offers are valid for merchandise only and cannot be used to pay for, nor shall be applied to, applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges.
7. Voucher code is only applicable for the specified amount and/or product type.
8. Additional charges are applicable for upgrades of book size, book type, upgrade of materials and accessories. Any amount above the value of the voucher will be charged according to full price. This term is not applicable for vouchers which are for a specific product and/or specification only.
9. Self pick-up option and combined shipping is not available.
10. Offers have no cash value, are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash.
11. No offer substitutions or transfer rights are allowed.

If there is a production/book issue, we will assess the condition of the item(s), and at our sole discretion will decide to either repair or replace the product(s) that does not meet the warranty or condition. 17. Photobook does NOT accept any amendments or changes to be made to the file ONCE the file is uploaded. Therefore, it is customer’s responsibility to check the proofs thoroughly before uploading their book for processing.
